HOW TO REMOVE ACNE SCARS ON BUTT NATURALLY
Butt acne is a very common phenomenon, and there is nothing to be ashamed about it. It leaves some ugly scars, but that can be very easily treated by some natural methods. But before moving on to the remedies to treat the scars, you should know to prevent them even before the break-out occurs. The butt acne, famously known as buttne, is caused by the accumulation of dead skin cells, sweat, and bacteria. To prevent buttne, loose clothing should be worn for preventing the accumulation of sweat. You should take a good shower after strenuous activities like working out or doing yoga. Let’s explore some ways on how to remove acne scars on butt naturally.
Ways to remove acne scars on butt naturally
Aspirin mask
Aspirin masks are helpful to reduce the scars and to cure the acne as well. Take some tablets of aspirins, crush them and mix them with lukewarm water or any other liquid of your choices like yoghurt or honey. Apply a thin layer of the paste and let it dry. After it has dried up, rinse and apply some moisturiser.
Natural oils
Natural oils with anti-inflammatory activity and antifungal activity are very useful for treating scars and also moisturising the buttocks. Coconut oil, rose-hip oil, tea tree oil are of prime importance.
Rubbing lemons
Lemons contain citric acid, which is a mild acid and helps in the lightening of spots formed on our skin. It can be used to lighten the acne spots from your buttocks too. You can mix fresh lemon juice and apple cider vinegar and dilute that with some water and apply it on your buttocks. Rinse off when dried. Be careful with this treatment and use only a very small amount of these two products and make sure to dilute properly with water.
Ice pack
An ice pack can be used for some instant relief from the pain of the pimples. It will not essentially reduce the acne, or its spots but will visibly reduce the inflammation and redness and shrink them in size, speeding up the healing process.
Aloe vera
Aloe vera is a very potent bactericide and thus useful against butt acne. You can take a fresh branch of aloe vera, cut it open and rub it onto your butt for 15-20 minutes. This will not only reduce the acne and will prevent any scars, but will also avoid the outbreaks of it. Market-bought aloe vera gel can also be used, but home-made natural stuff is preferred for better results.
Baking soda
Baking soda is also famous in the acne world for its ability to kill microorganisms very effectively. You can take a tablespoon of baking soda and add a little bit of water in it; be careful with the amount of water as we need a paste-like consistency and not a runny one. Apply it on your buttocks and let it dry for about 15-20 minutes and then wash it away with cold water and apply some moisturiser.
Turmeric and sandalwood pack
Turmeric and sandalwood are both very strong anti-acne agents, and thus, when combined together, can work wonders to remove the scars as well as prevent the butt acne from occurring. Take a spoon each of turmeric and sandalwood powder and add some water, honey, milk, or curd in it as per your choice and availability. Apply the paste and allow it to dry. After it has dried, rinse it off, pat dry and apply some moisturising lotion.
Saltwater solution
Mix up some salt and water in a spray bottle and apply it 2-3 times a day on your butt. This solution helps in preventing the further outbreaks of butt acne once it’s completely gone. It does not have any side effects and does its anti-microbial activity well.
